This Year's Highlights

• First in vivo AutoLITT testse successfully completed. Results: 1) 100% cell death within the lesion; 2)no apparant damage outside of the treatment zone; 3) 0.5mm demarcation between treated and untreated tissue; 4) no procedure-related complications.
• Monteris completed Series B financing round June 2006. The $4 million round will fund the Company's final in vivo engineering animal studies and pre-clinical animal trials.
• Engineering animal studies were successfully initiated as scheduled in mid-August. These in vivo studies are will determine treatment protocols and energy dosage parameters for optimal treatment of various sizes and shapes of brain tumors.

Anticipated Highlights

• Pre-clinical, GLP animal studies will be conducted in February-March, 2007. Successful outcomes are expected to enable approval for first-in-human trials later in 2007.
